Let's talk costs

Listen, I understand that when you’re trying to find the right copywriter you probably have a strict budget to stick to. So to make things simple I don’t use an hourly rate, or charge by the word. And there’s a very good reason for that.

Because with both of these options you’re either paying me to write quickly, or you’re paying me to write a lot of words. Neither of these options take into consideration the quality of the work you’ll receive.

I know that you get the best results when I have the time to draft, revise, and whittle down my work to its best version. And it doesn’t make sense to charge you more just because that process takes time.

So instead, I’ll give you a single quote based on the project at hand. This means that the quote you receive is exactly what you pay and not a penny more. That includes all of the research, writing, editing, refining, and then two rounds of amends (as long as they’re within the scope of the original brief). No hidden costs, no messing around.

I base my quotes on a number of factors, including:

  • The length of the project
  • How fast you need it
  • How complex the work is
  • How much research is required
  • The value I can provide for you
The quote you get is a flat rate, with no hidden extras whatsoever.

That way you’re getting the best possible quality for your content, with the reassurance that things won’t sway outside your budget.

Agency?

No problem. I’m still happy to use my typical £300 day-rate when working with you.
